1.Operations Coordinator

As an Operations Coordinator at PixelMap Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be the backbone of our daily activities, supporting various departments, managing processes, and fostering seamless communication. We’re looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and driven to help us achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• • • Support Operations: Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating day-to-day operations across multiple departments.

    • Process Management: Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and streamline processes.

    • Communication & Collaboration: Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.

    • Project Coordination: Help plan and execute projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.

    • Inventory & Resource Management: Manage inventory and resources, ensuring operational needs are consistently met.

    • Data Management: Maintain accurate records and prepare reports to support decision-making.

    • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure operations adhere to legal requirements and quality standards.

    • Customer & Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with vendors and customers, resolving any operational issues.

    • Training & Development: Coordinate training sessions to enhance team skills and operational knowledge.

    • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve operational challenges quickly to maintain efficiency.

2.Business Development Executive 

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong negotiation abilities

• Passion for IT sales and technology

• Proficient in internet research

• Experience in team management

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through various channels.

• Experienced in lead generation via cold calling for both international and domestic markets.

• Conduct sales outreach, including cold calls, emails, and follow-ups, to drive closures.

• Identify new sales opportunities through outbound and inbound efforts.

• Understand and address client needs and requirements.

• Conduct thorough market research.

• Achieve sales targets and meet quarterly quotas

Qualification:  MBA in Marketing/International Marketing

Experience:  Freshers are welcome to apply

3.Business Development Executive 

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective clients

• Maintain consistent contact with existing clients

• Manage sales pipeline

• Analyze market and establish competitive advantages

• Track metrics to ensure targets are hit

• Should be able to manage International Sales.

Qualifications

• MBA in Marketing

• Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success

• Strong negotiation skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills
